Once you have found the taste for vegan food, it will not let you go. Believe me or not! That’s how I felt when I thought about my diet in 2012. My skin was so filthy (in the truest sense) that I put more and more makeup on my skin. I just didn’t want to show my face. I dismissed appointments and did not go to sports because of my skin. Yes, sad but true…
When I found my love for green smoothies, it had happened. Suddenly, there were smoothies daily in my life – at any time of the day. And today, five years later, I still drink the green drinks, anywhere.

Of course, I do not just eat smoothies and am happy that the world becomes more open so the vegan options are getting bigger and bigger.
It does not matter why you decide to live on a plant based diet. Someone may do it for fashion reasons (yes, vegan is very fashionable) and the other one because of animal aspects. And others, as I do, start a vegan diet for health reasons.
You decide how far you go. Do you want to live vegan just once a week, a few days a month or every day for the rest of your life?
In the end, every single step matters.

You’ll make the earth a happier planet with every vegan day. When I see my clean skin, it inspires me more and more. And not only my skin – the whole universe!
